Neuromuscular Massage
Also known as deep tissue, this technique is used when needing to address deeper issues in the muscle tissue.

Myofascial Release
This technique is a safe and very effective hands-on approach that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore function and motion.

Craniosacral Therapy
This technique is also known as "still point" therapy.  It is a light touch, hands on therapy that focuses on bringing the craniosacral system back into balance.  

Prenatal Massage
